Returns

- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

Non-Refundable Items

- Prescription glasses made according to customer-provided specifications.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
- Items returned without prior approval.

Exchanges

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
